This documentary explores grief and it's paradoxical nature of being unique for each person and a universal aspect of the human experience. It depicts the stories of four individuals, a teenager grieving for the first time, an elderly woman recounting her lifetime of loses, a man dealing with terminal cancer and a palliative care nurse helping those in their final days.
